Despite having absolutely no time to draw I did it anyway

Though I decided to leave my grafic tablet at home so I won't distract myself. That's why I only have traditional art to upload//orz

I also excuse for the bad lines and colours. The picture is actually only DinA5 and drawing small faces is not my best discipline

anyway. The lines are soo damn f***ed up D:

So this is Sayuri as a Genin on her first flight with Ryu. Ryu is a Gliding Lizard, also known as Flying Dragon. References to be seen here and here

Name: Ryu (means: Dragon _{If I recall correctly}
Gender: male
Species: Animal, Draco Volans
Age: unknown, probably around Sayuri's age

Relationship
After coming to Konoha Sayuri had a rather hard time getting used to the new people and her new family. She often was alone and since she was a curious girl she explored Konohas forests where she found a young lizard whom she named Ryu. But first of all she needed to gain his trust, since he was a wild animal which is why Sayuri often spend a night out in the forest, slowly but surely befriending the creature. Ryu was a rather intelligent lizard with an interesting ability: He was able to glide from forest to forest but only later Sayuri found out that also he can use Chakra. By leading it into his feet, the lizard is able to jump very high and over great distances, making him look like he's flying.
Furthermore, he grew really fast and after finishing the academy (about 4 years I guess) he was taller than her (Sayuri's about 5'3'' [159 cm] and Ryu's about 6'0'' [180 cm] but I have to think this through again

)
The process between being friends and actually gaining his trust to fly with him took another few months. But since then Ryu's Sayuri's best friend and the one she'd chose above everything.
In fights he's her most faithful friend who can be summoned by the summoning technique (Kuchiyose no Justu). If you hurt him, Sayu's going to be mad and probably tries to kill you//orz. tbc _{in the upcoming ff}
